Shipping & Policies

Everything is pre-made. You will not have to wait 4-6 weeks to receive your order like many other clothing brands.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours excluding Saturdays.
Because USPS is closed on Sundays if you place your order on Saturday it will ship out on the following Monday.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number in the email you provided at checkout.

We currently only ship inside of the USA.
Anyone who attempts to place an order outside of the United States will not be able to checkout.

Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping information at checkout.
In the rare event that your package is delayed or lost in transit please contact our customer service email.
Any packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information inputted by the customer are not the responsibility of gospelgallery.co.
Normally USPS will ship any packages with incorrect information back to the sender, under those circumstances it will be the customers responsibility to pay for a new shipping label to be used to resend the package with the correct shipping information.
Under the circumstances that the package was lost due to sender error we will resend the the package with the correct information or refund the customers purchase.
Please be aware delivery issues are uncommon.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns and refunds must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
returns/refunds are only available due to manufacturer error, proof of the error must be provided to our customer service email in the form of photos or videos and a description of the issue.
